Ingredients :
3 tablespoons mustard
10 ounces red potatoes
½ cup dill
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cilantro
1 tablespoon oregano
4 tablespoons water
Directions:
Wash the potatoes and chop it into medium cubes while using the skin on. Sprinkle the red potato cubes with all the salt and oregano. Stir a combination and set it in pressure to succeed cooker. Add water and butter. Close the lid and cook the dish regarding the ”Pressure” for 8 minutes. Chop the dill. Combine the mustard, minced garlic, paprika, cilantro, and chopped dill together. Stir the amalgamation well until smooth. When the red potato cubes are cooked, eliminate the dish from pressure to achieve success cooker. Transfer it with a serving bowl. Add butter, sprinkle the dish while using mustard sauce and serve.
