Ingredients :
2 cup green peas
1 tablespoon salt
4 cups chicken stock
1 carrot
1 tablespoon extra virgin organic olive oil
7 ounces ground chicken
? cup tomato juice
? teaspoon cilantro
Directions:
Peel the carrot and chop it roughly. Put the chopped carrot in the stress cooker and sprinkle it with all the essential olive oil. Cook the carrot in the ”Pressure” mode for 5 minutes. Add the green peas. Sprinkle the mix while using salt,chicken stock, ground chicken, tomato juice, and cilantro and mix well. Close pressure to achieve success cooker lid Cook at ”Sauté” mode for thirty minutes. When the stew is cooked, take to relax briefly. Transfer the cooked stew to serving bowls.
