Ingredients :
½ cup Erythritol
3 whole eggs
1 cup coconut flour
1-ounce chocolate
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
8 ounces butter
1 teaspoon instant coffee
Directions:
Beat the complete eggs in a very mixing bowl. Add the egg yolks and try and whisk to obtain a minute. Add the Erythritol and mix well having a hand mixer. Melt the chocolate and butter. Add the melted chocolate for the egg mixture slowly. Add the coconut flour, instant coffee, and vanilla sugar. Mix until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture into ramekins cause them to become in pressure cooker trivet. Transfer the trivet in pressure cooker. Close pressure cooker lid as well as set it to “Bake/Roast.” Cook for ten mins. When the cooking time ends, open the stress cooker and take off the trivet. Let the ramekins cool for a few minutes and serve.
